Booking and Payment

• Reservations or property inquiries must be confirmed with genuine details and mutually agreed terms between the parties.
• Payments, token advances, and settlements must be carried out according to agreed documentation and legally valid banking channels.
• Payment methods accepted include direct bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS), cheque, demand draft, or authorized digital methods.

Use of Property

• Listed properties are to be used only for their authorized classification (residential living, commercial lease, retail showroom, industrial storage, or agricultural).
• Occupancy and usage terms for rented or leased spaces must comply with local government regulations and lease contracts.
• No illegal or unauthorized commercial activity may take place on the property without prior written approvals.

Rules and Conduct

• All users, agents, and clients must provide accurate information and verify premises lawfully.
• Misrepresentation, fraudulent claims, or unauthorized subletting is strictly prohibited.
• Clients, buyers, and visitors are responsible for their conduct during site visits and property inspections.

Damages and Liability

• Any damage to property or its fixtures during inspections or occupation will be the direct liability of the respective party.
• Ramuji Property acts as an advertising and discovery facilitator and is not liable for injury, loss, or disputes arising between independent buyers, sellers, or third-party brokers. Independent physical and title deed verification is advised.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Listing cancellations or withdrawals can be processed through the user/agent account or by contacting support.
• Any promotional or service fees paid are governed by the specific terms agreed at the time of subscription or transaction.

Force Majeure

Ramuji Property shall not be liable for any failure to perform or service interruption due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, network outages, or pandemics.

Insurance

It is recommended that clients, buyers, and tenants obtain appropriate property, fire, and casualty insurance coverage for their assets.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India, and any legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
